Healthcare innovation has a structural flaw. The people closest to the problem, the nurses, pharmacists, and physicians who live inside the workflows that new technologies are supposed to improve, have historically been excluded from the commercialization process. The result is predictable: good technology that stalls at the bedside, evidence packages that don’t convert, and adoption strategies built for how healthcare should work rather than how it actually does.

Founded by Dr. Bee Jerus, PharmD, MBA, BSN, RN, ApiCulture is built on nearly two decades of frontline clinical practice across emergency departments, ICUs, transplant units, and Level 1 trauma centers. Dr. Jerus holds active licensure in both pharmacy and nursing and spent the better part of a decade in medical device commercialization, embedded inside health systems where she learned how clinical, operational, and financial decisions actually get made. She brings a perspective that most commercialization advisors simply cannot replicate
